Compared to square cubes, these types of ice have lower transparency, are less durable, and melt much faster. These are all drawbacks that square cubes overcome, which is why square ice is preferred in beverages at most restaurants. However, for home users, conventional square ice makers are not only expensive but also take up too much space in the kitchen. Based on the demand for square ice and the pain points of existing products, we developed this countertop square cube ice maker.
